It is pre-sterilized with shelf life up to five years, perfect for minimizing the risk of iatrogenic cross infection.

5) Operating condition:

• The handpiece should be used in conjunction with dental unit, under oil-free compressed air power source with its pressure at 245kPa (it can be safely operated under the range of 200 kPa-300 kPa).
• Distilled water should be used for cooling bur, and water pressure differential should be stayed at ≤50kPa.
• The handpiece uses standard bur(ISO1797:2017) ø1.59mm ~ ø1.60mm. The total length of bur should not exceed 26mm and bur head not exceed 2mm.

6) Safety and precautions:

• To be used only by trained professionals.
• Applicable for dental related treatment.
• Pre-sterilized design for single use only.
• The unit must be tried outside of patient’s mouth to make sure it has been held tightly and runs properly before use.

• Do not use the unit when looseness, vibration, unusual heating, and other abnormal condition arise. Please contact your distributors if you have any concern or question.

• Due to delicate nature of the handpiece, please avoid sudden impact or dropping during transporting and handling.

• To avoid risk of damage to both patient and the unit, please do not operate chuck button while the turbine is still operating.

• To maximize patients comfort and safety, only factory specified bur type should be used.
• All handpieces must be disposed properly after single use in accordance with users’ local rules and regulations.

8) Operation guide – Handpiece installation

Upon opening per-sterilized packing, connect the handpiece into dental unit based on two holes or four holes coupling or 4 holes adopter or 6 holes adopter.

To install quick-connection, first insert the end part of the handpiece into quick-connection then pull back the outer ring of the quick-connection and at the same time push the handpiece into the quick-connection, last to loose the outer ring of the quick-connection to complete.

NB: The air supplied must be about 245kPa, the compressed air must have been filtered and is oil free; the water for cooling must be purified water or distilled water and the difference of the pressure between water and air mustn’t be more than 50kPa.

Installation of bur

Install bur with finger pressure button: Insert the bur into turbine head, press the central area of the push button and then push the bur into the chuck. Use reverse action to remove bur from the chuck.

Warning: Push button must be firmly pressed before a bur can be inserted or removed. Excessive force to insert or remove bur without push button pressed will likely damage product internal structure.

⊗– Don not press push button while the handpiece is rotating! The bur must not be installed while the handpiece is rotating!

!- Bur must be firmly pushed in to avoid incomplete installation! Do not half way insert short bur in replace of long bur!

9) Maintenance and warning: Don’t use bent, dull head, non specified or rusty bur. The pressure of air and water must comply with the regulations.

10) Sterilization of handpiece:

The product is pre-sterilized using cobalt 60. It is ready for-use after it is opened. Please do not uses when package is either damaged or gone beyond expiration date. The product is designed for single use only and is not suitable under HTHP sterilization. And the disposal of the product must be incompliance with users’ local rules and regulations.
